Has significant findings regarding: (1) identifying community and organizational needs, (2) discussing how the constituency of the community has changed through the pandemic and which community members are most vulnerable and in need of organizational support, and (3) redirecting organizational labor towards a model of abundance and moving with the opportunity of change that the pandemic has provided, rather than fall into a scarcity mindset of forced change or precarious conditions. download pdf here.
